The idea for Medico Solutions began with our founder, a medical professional in training, who noticed a striking disparity. In healthcare, the standard of care is rigorous. Doctors and nurses spend years gaining in-depth clinical knowledge and degrees, and are taught that every patient interaction requires professionalism, precision and compassion.

Yet in the NDIS sector, the qualifications required to provide daily care were minimal. Too often, participants reported support workers who were undertrained or who approached the role with a “clock in, clock out” mentality. This left families feeling their loved ones were receiving the bare minimum, rather than the dignity, expertise and consistency they deserved.

Our support workers come from medical, nursing, and allied health backgrounds, bringing clinical knowledge, professionalism and genuine bedside manner into every shift.
